1. Area must be pressure washed, making sure all dirt, moss, algae and weeds are removed. leave the area to dry for a minimum of 24 hours to make sure all moisture is out of the paving. If the paving has damp patches, leave for further 12 hours. Failure to leave for 24 hours will result in damaged paved areas.
2. If you need to, re-sand with kiln dried soft sand or apply a patio grout to the paved area. Make sure all excess sand or grout is removed off the paving before sealing.
3. Apply the 1st coat sealer by using a soft coco sweeping brush, any style of roller i.e short pile, medium pile or a pump sprayer will work. You do not need anything fancy, any standard one will work.
4. Apply the 2nd coat of sealer after a minimum of 6 hours. You can leave it for longer should you wish. You can lightly walk on the area after 4 hours. leave cars / vehicles off the area for a minimum of 24 hours. Do not apply sealer if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
5. Clean all tools with white spirit or thinners.

Follow these instructions and your sealer application will be fine. If you seal when your paved area is still damp your paved area with go white and you will seal moisture into your paved area. Please stick to the given drying times.
