You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

After contacting us on 07503896667 or sales@thomsontradesupplies.co.uk for advice,  Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging as sent to you.

If you wish to cancel your ordered before it has been despatched, email us at sales@thomsontradesupplies.co.uk

If you wish to cancel as it is being processed or during processing, email us at sales@thomsontradesupplies.co.uk you will be liable for a 20% charge which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are unable to accept the goods on the agreed delivery date and wish to cancel the order after it has been despatched, you will be liable for a 20% charge which will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to return the order once you have received the goods, you have 7 (seven) working days to notify us. This must be made by email to sales@thomsontradesupplies.co.uk or in writing by post to Thomson Trade Supplies, Unit f1 Kings Drive, Kingmoor Park Rd South, Carlisle CA6 4RD

Whilst the goods are in your possession, they must be kept in good condition. The goods should be returned to us by you and you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.

Upon our receipt of the returned goods, you will receive any refund owed of any monies paid minus any 20% charge or exchange or credit.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the returned goods are received.
If foreign currency exchange rates are applicable we will issue the refund in GBP at the current exchange rate.

We will not be liable for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange between the time when the goods were ordered and when the refund was issued.
